Aminogdicosides forchange for the treatment of serious diseases such as plague, tuberculosis, tularemia, etc. They have dangerous side effects, and therefore, their use in medical practice is limited (damage to the kidneys, auditory and phrenic nerves). Macrolides are the most non-toxic antibiotics.
